attractive large garden, beer garden with views, excellent menu
Small double rooms overpriced and claustrophobic!!! Peeling paint and outdated decor contribute to an overall dreary atmosphere!!! Basic facilities could use a modern touch!!!

The large garden provides ample seating for summer days, perfect for a drink while taking in views. The location offers scenic views of Pendle Hill from the conservatory dining area, making each meal a treat.
The building shows its age, with dated fixtures and well-worn carpets that could use a refresh. Some rooms apparently lack space, with reports of cramped conditions that might be less than ideal for couples. The breakfast selection is somewhat lacking for a continental option, only offering cereals and toast, which may disappoint if you're expecting a hearty start to the day.

Super spacious suite!
We stayed one night in a large deluxe suite with a spa bath. The room was really nice and loads of space. The staff were super friendly and the food was awesome! The garden area was a great spot to relax too. Only bummer was the sloped ceiling in the bedroom area—not great if you're tall.
